What should I learn before c++?

I would like to know which programing languages should I know before getting started

there is no problem starting with c++
you can start without knowing other programming lang
its a help if you know c before because its modification of it also if know java as it has also oop concepts

no javascript is different than Java they have only similar names yes they do have similar concepts and syntax but that's in almost all new lang. you can see such posts and my answer there for detailed answer of why these are named so through my profile.
but I didn't told to learn Java before what I meant is this those c++ learner who already know Java or those Java learners who learn this already know some oop concepts and easy.

Don't confuse Java with Javascript. They are totally different languages.
