Is soloLearn best ?!

Question

before i know what is html i was checking apps in google play for learn programming and i found soloLearn app i downloaded it for try i found it easy to learn.. the first time i knew html it was by sololearn so i kept go on until i knew how to build a website ! yes i was write html tages to draw it and finly i was happy being desin pages but my website was ststic only :D and i looked for leassons and found php i really liked to learn it with sololearn and i created simple websites for first time links
