How can I access Codewars

Question

I went to codewars.com to improve on my JavaScript experience, and I was prompted to pass a task before I could start learning.
Frankly, I have tried all I know but it seems I really don't know much. So please if anyone is good at JavaScript help me with the right procedure. Just go to Codewars.com under JavaScript and you will see what I'm talking about.
