help me out guys...... am confused

This happened to be my first work..... And I was asked to design a 1 page web mock-up of an originally existing website and upload to my server..... How can I do this please??? What should be my first step???

The first thing you should do is make a sketch of your work, that way you can capture how you want your design to look. For this you can use any editing tool or you can download some specifically designed for it. In this way you set the combinations of colors, fonts and other elements optimally. The following is to code the page, and the choice of technologies that you will use (Will your page be responsive? Will you use a CSS framework? / Will you use a framework for the frontend?)

The last thing is to host the page. If you do not have your own host, you can search for one that suits your needs, otherwise you can always use Github Pages / Bitbucket pages to put your project online. With Github you will probably need to use Jekyll, but it is not very complicated to really learn

Its not a new website...... Already existing website and the question came like this "Design a 1 page web mock-up of touchabl and upload to your server then send me the link" touchabl is the name if the website
