IOT sensors data monitoring website development

Question

I am working on a project where I'll be having 100 sensors and each with specific location, and all will be connected through IOT. and I want a website who will list those sensor by name and whenever I want to check sensor data I can access it by a click. how can I develope the website, using which language please suggest which language will be better
