Without a college degree nowadays you can't get much jobs...but you can try with online certifications like Brainbench.

I suppose, you can get, but you must prove your knowledges another way. So not only some nternet courses, but your own programming work . You can for example create some more difficut internet project (HTML+javascript+ PHP) and public it in internet. When it would be good and people would use it, i will be a good reference for you to get a goot IT job.
