Which program should I learn if I am planning on making RPGs with graphics? Thank you in advance of you answer my question!

RPG Maker is meant for making RPGs, though it's a bit limited. I think it uses Ruby for scripting more advanced stuff.

If you're going to use any software like Unity or RPG GameMaker check it and start learning what is best supported by the software and it's community.
