How can I add HTML challenge question?

I wished to add HTML question, though there is no HTML in the list of the languages.

How can I do it?

At the moment, they have taken away the option to create quizzes for HTML as they just had way too many that were being submitted. Maybe once they start getting a hold of all of the submissions, they might allow people to submit then again, but for now, you may have to just wait :/

It would be fantastic if the possibility returned because we will know all questions soon and the challenges will be boring.

It would also be good if I could use more (CSS for example) than available (HTML and JS for example) weapons.
