How i can know how to do plugins for differents game ?

Hey I want to know if I play a game like CSGO or Garry's Mod how can i know what I have to do to create plugins from beginning to the end. Thanks.

GMod, like many games with an internal scripting engine, uses Lua. CSGO I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure it's not a pure script engine like Lua and will require more knowledge than GMod.
