I am completely new in coding. I have started to learning HTML. When I going through HTML, I found some CSS code | Language has used and sololearn recommend me to learn CSS after finishing Html... So, I am confused where I should begin...

then html is the right place to start (for web mostly)
and if you don't know much about the languages that was mentioned in @jan's post don't worry because all of them are made to make the programming easier....
for mobile. it's better to learn another language like Java in Android studio , or swift (which Is for iOS mobile)
