JS for Dynamic websites or new JamStack with firebase for exemple.

For me I think JS.

Because, now, JS is OK for all in web, mobile app and desktop.

With JS you can make modern websites with, for exemple, reactJS librarie. You can use with node.js and express.js for make the back-end.
With react native you can make native apps for iOS and Android...
Mongobd is database on JS.
With firebase, you can make websites without back-end...

PHP is good because many people using this language... but, for me, PHP is the past.
