How to make this code Generate random colors?

Question

I have a code, Known as "Loading Screen 3d" which is present in my profile

I want to make the program to shift from colours to colours, it should not stop at all!
Also can you please fix the comments?

Can anybody help me?
Please i want it so i can put it on my Website!
