Google Talking about TPUs in Google I/O 2017.
What are TUP can you explain briefly .

Those are Tensor Processing Units - so basically clusters of processors whose architecture makes it highly specialized and optimized specifically for processing tensors - in a more human language -vectors and matrices.

But that's mostly marketing - 3D GPUs do the same and the architecture is very similar here. Just a more advanced processor packing on the board :) And clustered, which gives synergies specifically for multi-thread tensor computations.
