I think I'll also go for Vuejs,, I like that it can be used incrementally to fit the project's scalability. :-)

React have many more users. So many more usefull components, boilerplate, template and ressources. React have react native; more powerfull than the same solution in vue.
And... reactjs and native are Facebook solution. No comments.
