Help with installation of JDK.

I'm using a next book laptop and I have downloaded the latest jdk version, when I try to open it the file can't open

All I'm getting is an error saying it cant open
but i have it downloaded I'm using a nextbook laptop/tablet

does your laptop fulfills the system requirement of the jdk version you downloaded

I dont know were i could go to check that the name of the laptop is nextbook ares 11a

are you using 32 bit or 64 bit os ? and what about the jdk ?

it just says it cant open the download the file downloads but when i click on it wont open

maybe the downloaded file is corrupted. try to download again

i tried both and i get the same response i think their is something im missing
