about edX courses

Question

has anyone here done an edx course? im doing this
https://www.edx.org/course/learn-program-java-microsoft-dev276x-1 and I wanna know if after ending the course I should take the certificate (99USD) since it is a beginner course.

It's totally your choice. I did an Edx course for Java Beginners and I did not took the certificate.
