Which language should i learn?

i am working in the content side with a financial firm. there is a lot of scope for automation(python excel macros sql).
suggest me which would be most benefetial and the source to study

It depends on your work and your own preferences. As I know, financial workers can work using only excel. You don't need to learn any programming languages, but if you want to, you can try SQL for large data analysis and R for some statistical work (creating diagrams and something like this).

i have already completed SQL from SOLO Learning.
now i would need be practsing more of SQL.
