So much math in python?

Question

This question is for python expert. Why is the programming in python here basically maths? Is python only used for math problems? As a rookie that I am, it's getting difficult to master.

No, it differs from field to field, Python can be used in any way without maths but it is generally used for scientific purposes so maths in it is obvious. BTW I am not a Python Expert :p
