Here, maybe this will help:
Think of a 'while' loop like school, you do pretty much the exact same thing until the final bell rings. The while loop does the exact thing you told it to until 'the final bell' or the condition you gave it becomes false. (That was probably really confusing.)

Hmm..I also kinda had a problem with loops as a beginner,before jumping into loops ensure you've known the basics,maybe that's the problem
