I used C# and Unity3d to make this.. It isn't great, but C# and Unity seemed very capable. Considering I was just beginning to learn both, I think it turned out ok. Only works on certain resolutions tho... https://code.sololearn.com/WwE8IrL1kE1L/?ref=app
