Prevention from Being cached

Hello ! Can anyone help me with this - I have PHP code which echoes html with dynamic class , something like this -

<span class=“ now we are <?php $open ;?>”> <?php $open; ?> </span>

Now I want prevent this peace of code from being cached in browser.
