Will I learn how to programme video games in the C++ courses?

If you do want to make games after learning c++, I suggest you go look at Unreal Engine 4. If you really want to make games using pure c++, SFML is another way to start.

nope but....
you will learn some important concepts of c++ like classes, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction which are used in game development.

so, start here if you dont have any previous experience in c++
