Save your file as index.html and open in a few browsers.

If you download a text editor like sublime you can run your code in that and it will open it in web browser but why don’t you use SoloLearn?

Learn wordpress too, it's free to try and you can find various courses online (see wpbeginner). It combines html, css and JavaScript but it will be a lot easier and functional.
