Saving an input to a variable

Question

Im looking to save an input to a variable,
Then multiplying that variable by the value of a chosen select(dropdown) item when the button is pressed

Choose dropdown>enter value(number)>press button = output

Format of form:

|Input|

|Button|

|Output|

Can anyone please help me
I already added the list items and created the form
