tensorflow :can't find the trained model

I can't solve the problem. My code always report ValueError:Could not find trained model in model_dir。
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Did you copy and/or move the directory containing the checkpoints and the checkpoint file? If so, you need to edit model/checkpoint and correct the absolute paths listed
