Judging by your profile, you haven’t had anything to do with JavaScript or SQL, correct? So, I would advise you to finish CSS, then go for JavaScript. After this, if you wish to continue web dev, go for PHP and SQL. I can’t really explain how it helps with a database to you because It’s very complicated. 😂 I usually don’t get it.

JavaScript is a coding language where SQL is a query language. SQL I would say is closer to HTML in that HTML isn't a programming language but a markup language. SQL allows you to select data from a database using tables columns etc. JavaScript would allow you to do almost anything in the programming world your mind could dream up. I hope that helps.
