Time Limit Exceeded!!!

Question

I often encounter with annoying error messages such as check your Internet connection and Lack of Standard C Libraries like <graphics.h> when using SoloLearn CodePlayground. Not exactly clear that these flaws is because of Security Measures or Hardware/Software Deficiencies, but it is obvious that SoloLearn CodePlayground can't be trusted and a local compiler is necessary.
