While these courses are helpful and compatible with windows, it doesn't mean you should learn them all. For windows development you mainly need C++ (for using and understanding the ancient Win32 API) and C# (for writing your apps with the help of Windows Forms or WPF). Java isn't part of the Windows ecosystem (Microsoft created their Java counterpart called C#) so you don't have to learn it explicity.
