First it will be almost impossible to make AI to TALK with...
But its ok because you can make some AI that can analyze integers.
Like if you enter 1,2,3,4
And the AI will return 5
Also if you want to make an ideal AI you will need huge amounts of readable data for machine learning.
Conclusion
I won’t suggest making one... :(
