I would say that Pycharm would be the absolute best IDE for Python and eclipse would be a great one for C++. I use both of them and so far, they've been absolutely awesome at handling my codes. d:

The most popular option for C++ on Windows is Visual Studio.
Code::Blocks, Visual Studio Code, eclipse and NetBeans work too, though.

Yeah, Pycharm for Python, and I recommend Dev C++ for personal use. They both have a great interface and are easy to use.
