How to install & import opencv and numpy library to python?python version is 3.6

I want to install opencv and numpy library for python but i dont know which version and how do it? من نمیدونم کدوم ورژن opencv رو باید دانلود کنم از کجا و چطور نصب کنم. برا پردازش تصویر چیز دیگه ای هم لازمه؟
