How should I earn ?

As we know having a background of development we can make money through freelancing projects but the freelancing websites out their like Freelancer.com give the opportunity to the good account holders having good repo that's why beginner like me don't get that bids as well the project. My real question is , is their any way how I can earn via development as beginner from scratch,like any websites providing projects to newbies !! how should I mange to earn as newbie developer ? what should I do ?

I'm last year student of my bachelors about to get job soon all i heard from everyone i talk to from industry says starting with small companies makes real time growth in developer because of the frequent projects, rapid switching between tasks no matter which skills you're good in they keep putting you on such task to test your flexibility and soon after that they put you as team leader or project manager. So i think you should try to small hot companies which are currently hiring. I hope will get what you need.
