I know CSS questions do come with HTML, as they go hand in hand, but it's better when there's a separate weapon for CSS challenges.

Also, to all who want to learn Kotlin, we've been waiting a long time!

I'm not sure if I would actually like css challenges. These would mainly contain questions about properties which you have to remember. I doubt that these would have any practical use, but maybe that's just me.

There could be many reasons why the Kotlin course is not yet released, such as not enough lessons, majority of the submissions is bad/bad composed, duplicate lessons, but missing important basics, no time on the reviewers side.... I don't really know, so: for reasons :)
