All of my system and data files that i need to get into need permission...my ip is being broadcast and can't be changed I'm also connected to some main router and my camera has constant audio and video info please...

If yes, you should take out your SIM card as soon as possible and try swapping it with another SIM card.
If same thing happens and you don't want to keep your device, you should change it's IMEI number using some PC tools (or apps if you've root acces).
