Can someone fix this code pls. its in my code section called "logging in code"

Question

im having trouble saving user input into a csv database and then when i close the program and open it again, i want the data to be still there so another function can then call it again. im a beginner so pls tone down on the jargon. more info in the code.

Have you tried it outside Sololearn. I think at Sololearn the csv file is gone after your code is stopped.

yh.i just copied my code onto here for some help. I'm doing it on python 3.6. I have the file with me. it's a blank csv excel. I figured the register function out and now trying to authorize the login section. checking whether the username is in the excel file or not
