Is it necessary to learn programming language from their childhood

No it isn't, even though you'll be a step ahead of your peer group members. I myself started when i was 16½ years old. So it's never to early, ... and definitely never too late.

Haha, no. You can start when ever you like! I'm 15 and starting to program because I know that's what I want to do for a living. :)

you can start at any age, as long as you are curious and motivated about it. things change continuously anyway so everybody needs to keep learning.
