What can python be used be used for?

Python is a very popular coding language, but I have one questions- What can python be used for?
Can it be used for programming games, or apps?

It can be used for a lot of stuff, almost anything, few examples:
web
games
mobile apps
windows apps
image detection
artificial intelligence/ machine learning
there is a short list of other stuff as well on pythons website

It's not just used for web programming. You can make games with it. Not sure about apps. If they do/can make apps (for current mobile devices), it probably still requires the use of another language, like Java or Swift.

As far as I know it is a general purpose scripting/programming language that can be used to do most things other languages on this site can, just with its own rules and implementations.
