[SOLVED] Tie-Break question ignored
Has anyone else encountered a situation of 5:5 score on a challenge, answering correctly, and still losing the entire challenge? This did not happen in previous versions. The challenge screen afterwards only show 5 questions each, as if the tie break was ignored. edit: challenge mechanics changed in the recent update, now there are no longer tie-break questions, instead there's draw. take into consideration that there could still be a XP loss according to yours and your opponent levels.

I lost on tie-break 5:6, but won the whole match. Nice bug for me)))

@Karl Tosin, looks like you can also gain XP.
all depends on the levels
draw against a lower level --> you lose XP
draw against a higher level --> you gain XP
draw against same level --> ????

actually against you it show i won, but it shows 5 questions for each and ALL of them correct which is not right...

Do both players lose xp when in a draw? Most of the time there is massive xp loss, which is ridiculous.

probably exactly that Adriano, it's the same as you can also get different XP from two different people which have the same level but overall different XP
and don't forget you have overall XP and level, and also levels for each language and XP in those...

yup Adriano, happened to me as well....twice ;_;

Ok, Burey. But in another challenge with another user I answered correctly all the six questions. Nevertheless I lost the game. =\ Annoying bug.

I had the same problem. 3 times I was chalanged answer all questions correctly and lost. Do you know if it will be fixed? It takes pleasure from the game :/

Yep Karl Tosin. Or, perhaps, the reason is that I have a little bit more xp in c++ than you.

That happened with me too! We both have lost the same game! After that I accepted another user's challenge and answered correctly the sixth question. The score stablished was 5:5 though.

I've just played a challenge in C++ with Karl Tosin, whose level is the same as mine in this language. We had a draw and I lost 6 xp. Why?!?! Btw he is here in this discussion! lol
