Search some api docs. I think this technology is on the testing/development stage still and there is no direct access yet.
If there is kind of public release of google-duplex, you have to know some of the programming language (javascript, java, python, c++ e.t.c.) dependung on google-duplex api if you want to implement this technology into your project. Be ready that it will be not a free api.

yes I know c++ and java.
as far as API is concerned , I think it will take another 6 -10 months atleast.
