Which one is easy ?? WEB or APP ??

I would say that you may start from WEB because it is rapidly developing in all directions now, furthermore you can use Electron to build cross platform APPs just with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Also I want to admit that WEB technology has more advantages in GUI development rather than C#, Python, C++, much more!
Perhaps easiest would be Python or C#, because it is not necessary to learn HTML, CSS, JS all together, but it is not difficult on the other side.

All of it is easy once you know it, so it's hard for me to answer that. You're asking the wrong question though. A better question would be, "What do I want to do with my future and which one will better accomplish a means to that end?"

If you're planning to be a website designer, then I'd focus my efforts on web technologies. If you're planning to make apps or similar, then I'd focus on general programming languages. If you're going into game development, figure out which engine you'll probably be using and then go with what it uses. (example: Unity uses C# and Unreal uses C++)

What are your short/long term goals? Base your decisions off of them so that you bring yourself closer to achieving them. DO NOT base what you do on if it is easy or hard; that creates a habit of evading anything that's a challenge and always settling/trying to find the easy way out of things. Gladly accept whatever challenge appears before you, even if it's difficult, and tackle it head on.
