I don't see any reason to learn Php.
c++ is good for everything but if you want to engage in commercial applications and get some money check javascript.

its absolutely base on u tht what do u want to in the computer if u want to make a software of games i should prefer u c++ but if u r intrested in web designing i should prefer u php css and java script
