That depends on the actual model of mircroprocessor, current 64Bit amd processors have a 48 bit adress bus. But exotic model from exotic vendors might have different specifications

well try seamiki, but the answer of above two question are 16 bit and 20 bit microprocessor respectively. I don't know the last two.
