I think you need to learn English first, unless you can find a translation for a language you already know. Unless, you know no languages, and you were just randomly smashing the keyboard and it just so happened to type a comprehensible English sentence. Which in that case, I'd recommend that you learn a language for daily interactions with other humans beings, as well as learning new info from text.
