Hi I need to Program varoius logical gates dir school but I'm a complete newbie to Java and dont even know how to start...

I think what you mean is that you need to program logic in java corresponding to logical gates like AND, XOR, OR, etc where you provide input and it gives you respective output. if this is what you meant then it is easy else can you explain what do you exactly need?
