if you are just starting out with java then you should use eclipse or any other preferred IDE. I prefer IntelliJ

For android apps, better start with Android Studio. I got used to Eclipse and started writing my phone game there and I find it so hard to adapt to Android (it requires a better PC though)..😂

My pc has 4gb ram(win 10 64bit) , it is hard to run android studio+emulator

Emulator is same on android studio and in eclipse

You can optimize emulating performance by: - using an x86 system image for you target - use HAEM if your cpu support Intel VT - enable snapshots (more fast on startup) - enable GPU hardware emulation with your pc GPU
