what page is loading in browser index.html or index.php if I keep all this two files in root directory

Hmm, never thought about that. If I recall correctly, on most systems index.html would take precedence over index.php. Don't quote me on that though, but I feel that's correct for the systems I've used.

index.php has higher precedence.
