[OFF-TOPIC ] entry-level programmer

Without any background in programming (complete novice), what is the realistic time frame to become an entry-level programmer?

It depends on the time you put in along with many other factors, such as what languages you write, location, and much expierence. It took me about 2 years, working almost daily. However I know people that only studied for a month and got an internship to broaden their education. Overall I would say 6 months to a year, assuming you study for 3-4 hours daily. The best thing you can do is make as many projects as possible and post them either to a website or to github to show your growth and potential. Hope this helps, and as always if you need help I am here :)

Keep going, and dont be afraid to change it up a bit either. Learn HTML, or C#. Add as much as you can to your belt.
