Should I learn one Programming Language intensively or many at a time

Hey Guys,

Im thinking about learning Javascript intensively and thats why I ordered a book for it. The Problem that I have right now is that at my workplace I will use MySQL PHP CSS HTML Wordpress and other languages. I cant buy a book for every Language since Im only doing an internship right now. I could try to learn all languages at a time or just learn one of them ( which in this case would be Javascript). What are your opinions? :)

Depends on how soon you need them and what exactly your job entails. If you're going to do mostly backend while someone else designs it, then basic understanding of HTML and CSS might be enough, so you can focus more time on other languages.

Take your time then. I had to learn HTML, CSS, JS, ASP.NET and MySQL in a month, so I didn't have time to work on each individually.

after my internship i will start an education which will go for 3 years. But i wanna learn as much as i can till then
