since you are here take the css tutorial @sololearn, it's a good course study.. reinforce your understanding by exposing yourself to other sources as well, google css and do some research. but you won't make progress until you actually write the code.. look at the vast amount of webCodes found on sololearnPlayground for cssExamples to follow, copy and learn as you code. i've been here over a year and i'm still struggling for fluency. i know i need more actual hands-on coding but i also need more reading so i browse thru the Trending List of webCodes and pick ones to read. There's more than enough to keep me busy. everyone finds there own pace of learning so find your comfortable pace and continue learning keep your focus on building your own understanding at your own comfortable pace don't be distracted by other people progress
