I want to make a website. What language does I need to focus on? Btw, I'm a newbie in coding.

Please tell some languages which related to make a website and please tell me the function of it and the deficiency and advantages each language. Also for more, hehe... If you are interested in static website first learn HTML with CSS then dive into JavaScript.
Get IDE like VSC , Sublime or Atom - it's nice to write code in these.

HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to start. Those are the foundations of Webpages. Then look into Ruby and Ruby on Rails, which is a development framework for making webpages easier to update.

Also you can use IDEs like Cloud9 to develop and see real time changes to your page as you're creating it.
